 Label Print Technologies, LLC (“LPT”) has acquired certain operating assets from a former pressure sensitive label business. LPT is a vertically integrated flexographic converter of pressure sensitive labels. The primary markets served include food processing, manufacturing, distribution, and service segments of the food industry. LPT differentiates itself through its in-house adhesive coating capabilities.
The principals of MelCap, acting in the capacity of registered agents, successfully represented Label Print in this sale transaction.
